1. Acceptance & Application

These Terms apply to all attendees, including paid ticket holders (Premium Watch Party and VIP), free RSVP holders, accompanied minors, and any guest who enters the Event footprint. By purchasing a ticket, completing an RSVP, or entering the Event footprint, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are the parent or legal guardian of any minor accompanying you, and you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The Event is operated by the producing entity identified at the time of ticket purchase (the "Operator," "we," "us"). The Operator may update these Terms prior to the Event by posting an updated version at this URL.

2. Tickets, Sales & Refunds

All sales final. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Operator. Refunds, when issued, will be processed through the original point of sale (Eventbrite) to the original payment method. The Operator is not responsible for fees charged by the ticketing platform.

Non-transferable. Tickets are non-transferable and are issued to a named purchaser. Resale and listing of tickets on any secondary market is prohibited and will result in cancellation of the ticket without refund. The name on the ticket must match the photo ID presented at entry for any guest aged 13 or older.

Pricing tiers. Premium Watch Party and VIP tickets are sold in pricing tiers (Early Bird, Advance, etc.). Pricing steps up as inventory in lower tiers is depleted. 2-Day bundle pricing offers savings versus single-day tickets purchased separately.

Children & family tickets. Children 12 and under may attend the Premium Watch Party free with the purchase of an accompanying adult Premium Watch Party ticket, up to three (3) children per adult. Each child requires a separately registered (free) child ticket. Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times. On Friday, July 10, children must exit the Windward Plaza ticketed area prior to the transition to the 18+ after-party; specific timing will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.

Free public Fan Zone. No ticket is required to attend the public Fan Zone on the Venice Beach boardwalk or the Windward Avenue Block Party between Speedway and Pacific Avenue. Free RSVP is available for capacity planning and communications and does not guarantee entry to any ticketed area.

3. Entry, Age Requirements & ID

Ticketed area. All attendees age 13 and over require a valid ticket for entry to the Windward Plaza ticketed area (Premium Watch Party or VIP). The free public Fan Zone and Windward Avenue Block Party do not require a ticket.

VIP is 21+. The VIP experience is restricted to guests aged 21 and over on both event days. Valid, government-issued photo ID is required at entry. Guests unable to present valid ID will be denied entry without refund.

Friday after-party is 18+. The official post-match after-party on Friday, July 10 is restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Valid, government-issued photo ID is required at entry.

Alcohol service is 21+. Alcohol may not be served to or consumed by any guest under 21. Valid government-issued photo ID is required to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Security screening. All guests entering the Windward Plaza ticketed area are subject to bag check and security screening. The Operator reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at its sole discretion.

No re-entry. Once you have exited the Windward Plaza ticketed area, you may not re-enter on the same day.

Cashless venue. The Windward Plaza ticketed area operates cashless. Credit card, debit card, and mobile pay only. No cash will be accepted at point of sale inside the ticketed area.

4. Code of Conduct & Right of Refusal

The Event is a family-friendly public celebration. The Operator reserves the right to refuse entry, eject, or remove any guest whose behavior, in the Operator's sole judgment, compromises the safety, enjoyment, or dignity of other guests, staff, or vendors. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to fighting; harassment of any kind; threats; the display of hate symbols or hateful imagery; the public use of slurs; the use of weapons; theft; vandalism; tampering with safety equipment; entering restricted areas; and any unlawful activity.

Guests removed for violating this Code of Conduct are not entitled to a refund. The Operator may report violations of law to the Los Angeles Police Department.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited anywhere within the Event footprint:

• Glass containers of any kind
• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, and replica weapons
• Drones and any remote-operated aerial device
• Professional camera or video equipment (defined as detachable lenses, tripods, monopods, or rigs) without prior credentialed approval
• Coolers and large hydration packs
• Large umbrellas (parasols permitted at the Operator's discretion)
• Outside food and beverage inside the Windward Plaza ticketed area
• Skateboards, bicycles, scooters, or any wheeled personal mobility device inside the Windward Plaza ticketed area
• Branded marketing materials, signage, or promotional items not authorized by the Operator
• Pets (service animals trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome under the ADA)
• Any item the Operator or its security personnel determines, in their sole judgment, poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others

6. Photo, Video & Media Release

By entering the Event footprint, you acknowledge and agree that the Operator, the Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Host Committee, LASEC, official broadcast partners (including FOX), and their respective designees may photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness, and may use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such recordings — in whole or in part, in any medium now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity — for editorial, promotional, archival, broadcast, marketing, and educational purposes, without further notice, consent, attribution, or compensation to you.

You release the Operator and the parties named above from any claim arising out of such use, including claims of right of publicity, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You understand that attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: large crowds; exposure to sun, heat, wind, rain, and other weather; uneven terrain; sand and beach conditions; loud sound; visual effects including video and lighting; the presence of food, beverage, and alcohol; physical activity; and the conduct of other attendees. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release, waive, and discharge the Operator, the Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Host Committee, LASEC, Council District 11, the City of Los Angeles, official broadcast partners (including FOX), sponsors, vendors, contractors, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event, including any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your ticket, your RSVP, or your attendance at the Event shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles, California, under JAMS' then-current Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and the Operator each agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis and that you waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action against the Operator or any Released Party. No arbitrator has authority to conduct any class proceeding.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.

Nothing in this Section waives any right to seek public injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to the extent such waiver is prohibited by California law.

9. Schedule, Cancellation & Force Majeure

The Event is rain or shine. The published schedule, including match times, programming, and gate times, is subject to change. Match teams will be confirmed following the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Round of 16. Programming details, performer lineups, and amenities are subject to change without notice.

Force majeure. Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, public health emergency, governmental order, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility failures, or actions of FIFA or the Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Host Committee. In the event of cancellation by the Operator due to such causes, refunds of paid ticket face value (excluding ticketing platform fees, where not refundable by the platform) will be issued through Eventbrite.

10. Accessibility

The Event footprint is designed to be accessible. Service animals trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome throughout the Event footprint. Guests with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact the Operator in advance at the contact address identified at the time of ticket purchase so that reasonable accommodations can be made.

11. Trademarks & FIFA Marks

"FIFA," "FIFA World Cup," "FIFA World Cup 26™," and associated marks, logos, and trophy designs are trademarks of FIFA. The Event is an officially recognized Fan Zone for the FIFA World Cup 26™, produced in coordination with the Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Host Committee. Live match broadcasts at the Event are carried via FOX, the FIFA-nominated English-language broadcaster. No statement on this website or at the Event shall be construed as an endorsement of any sponsor, vendor, or partner by FIFA, except where expressly stated by FIFA itself.

Use of the Event's name, logos, and likeness in any commercial, promotional, or branded context — including but not limited to social media posts incorporating logos, merchandise, third-party advertising, and sponsored content — requires the prior written consent of the Operator.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to the Event and supersede any prior agreement or understanding, written or oral.
